A beautiful, mews-style house constructed to a high standard in 2017 as part of a boutique purpose built holiday complex set in acres of beautiful countryside just outside Newport.
Seabiscuit is accessed off of the pedestrian walkway surrounding the landscaped courtyard and has a low-level threshold. The ground floor has been designed for those with additional accessibility needs and incorporates a single bedroom and a large wet room with WC suitable for wheelchair users.
he open plan living/dining/kitchen is ideal for modern family living with a dining table and chairs for 7, ample seating and well equipped modern kitchen which includes a large fridge-freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave. A Smart TV with Freeview is linked to the free WiFi providing a choice of media entertainment.
Patio doors lead out to a courtyard garden facing South West, capturing the sun all afternoon and into the evening and is ideal for al fresco dining.
The first floor has a master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite shower room with WC. In addition, there are two large twin rooms and family bathroom with basin, WC and a bath with a shower over.
With an ‘eco-friendly’ ethos, the Centre itself boasts solar water heating, rainwater harvesting and a bacteria-based wastewater treatment facility which requires the management of the type of washing detergents that can be used and therefore an onsite laundry facility within the quadrangle is provided together with a supply of the appropriate washing detergents.
To ensure the safety of our guests an integrated smoke and fire alarm system with emergency lighting is connected throughout all of the accommodation and linked to an emergency phone line.
Consideration has been given to those with mobility impairment and construction was completed using the National Accessible Scheme (NAS) criteria. This property is comparable to M3a, typically suitable for a person who depends on the use of a wheelchair in a seated position. This person also requires personal assistance eg carer.
Ample parking is provided in the car park adjacent to the accommodation and an electric charging point is available free to all guests.
A communal area with seating and sun loungers overlooking a small paddock housing some of our Shetland ponies is available for all guests as is the children’s area which features play equipment, a ‘mini-beach’ sand area and football goals.

The 40 acre site contains a further eight houses around the landscaped courtyard and a separate detached bungalow and is capable of sleeping a total of 62 guests so ideal for larger groups too.
